attend a meeting, you must call the Master Councilor by 7:00P.M.

From the East

Salutations my brothers. 'Tis I, Kevin your cuddly councilor from the East! In recent news, the Belair nursing home operation was a success! We delivered potted plants to all of the women in the home and were congratulated for a great job by their head of recreation. Sadly, Memorial Day was a wash-out and we didn't get to march in the Baldwin parade. But, fear not, we will march in the 4th of July parade in Wantagh. More on that next month or at the next meeting. That seems to be about it for this past month's happenings.

For this month, we are not doing too much seeing as how this is the last month of school. That means we all must study up for the Regent Exams and Finals so that we all pass and make it to the next grade level. But, don't get too comfortable. We are having both Degrees in the first meeting of the month.

 All of your parts must be memorized! NO BOOKS! We will be bringing in at least one new brother. In order to relieve the pressure of this month and to "kick off" the summer, we are going to have a barbecue prior to the last meeting in June, the 23rd.

In the next few months, over the summer, many events are planned and will be announced by the first meeting. One of the first few things that is happening is the Dance-a-thon in July. Hopefully many of you will be attending and get many sponsors that way we can bring money into the chapter. For a fundraiser over the summer, we are having a carwash. Details on that to be announced the first meeting. Along with some beach parties and other fun events, we will be having a day at Six Flags Great Adventure. That will be August 13th, a Wednesday. That's about all I have for this month's notice. Mostly all the needed information will be released at the meetings. Just don't forget to memorize your parts for the Degrees on the 9th!

From The West

My brothers, we have one petition for membership but we need more. Each member should be seeing if they can get a friend to join. If we did that the membership would double which would be great for the chapter. For the chapter to get the PMCMSA award we need to bring in six members each term. Let us make getting more members our goal.

From The South

My brothers, you have all been given part for our up coming degrees so study them so we do not have to use books. We will be doing the 1st & 2nd degrees on June 9th. If you still need to do your obligations start studying them also.
