From the East

.Dear brethren,

 Sunday February 9th is our dinner/dance. I hope everybody is there because you’re supposed to be!!! Bring your whole family to have fun. We need to sell raffle tickets!! If we want to make money off of the dance we need to sell raffles and get a lot of guests there. We are also saving money because the DJ is free, and we will be making money from the pie throw. But we still need to sell raffles. Please call me and tell me how many people you are bringing so I have an idea of how many we should cook for. We have a meeting on the 10th,and as I said last meeting we are having a names night so I need everyone to bring down at least 1 name. Bring his name phone number and address. Then at the next meeting in February I am planning a prospect party. I need ideas on what to do for it. So tell me your ideas on the 10th and ask your prospects what they would like to do. See you all at the dance.

From The West

I hope all of you have remembered to start getting some names for the Names Night we will be having. But, please, talk to your friends or relatives and let them know someone will be calling them so we don't totally freak them out by calling out of the blue. Try to bring in at least 2 names with their addresses, phone numbers and their ages so I know what age group I am calling. This is all part of the plan to bring in 40 new Brothers by Grand Master's Class in March. Hopefully, we can bring in ten members (a lot I know). That's all I have from the West, so keep coming to the meetings and if you have any ideas for events in the upcoming term, let me know.

From The South
 We are having a names night next meeting so don't forget those two names. Also with the names have a phone number, address, and e-mail address. And only write the names of people that can join and aren't too young or too old (12 to 21). Also if you have any ideas of any activities to do, tell one of the counselors at the next meeting. And for all of you that don't have your obligations done, do it. See you at the meeting.
