Recent Events

Well, this last May, our chapter participated in the last of the Mother's Tributes.  These went well, the guys did great work.  But with Nels Solberg doing the part of orator and being he was absent from the last one, Brothers William Kitchell and Kevin Morrison split up the part and and did an excellent job with it.

Also, on Monday, June 3rd Brother Willie did the Ceremony of Light.

On Monday, June 24th Wantagh Chapter, in conjunction with brothers of Pilgrim Chapter plus Craig Riha of C. W. Taylor Chapter, initiated 4 new members into the Order of DeMolay.  Three of these new brothers are now brothers in Pilgrim Chapter.  The fourth, Shaun Sukul, is the newest member of Wantagh Chapter.  The ritual was performed admirably and was good practice for Wantagh Chapter's presentation of the DeMolay Degree at State Convention.
